A Reservation deposit of $2,000.00 (PER MONTH BOOKED SHORT TERM) due upon signing and final balance due 90 days prior to arrival. A separate condominium association rental application fee payable to the appropriate association will be due with reservation deposit. Tenant pays a final cleaning fee of $250.00. The final cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit and balance with statement returned usually 45 days from departure. All rates subject to change without notice.
