Booking Information

Deposits: A deposit of one third of total price is required on booking date. Full refunds will be issued for any cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival date. If there is a cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the resort will issue you a credit voucher to be applied to a future stay at the resort.

Payment Policies: Florida state bed tax of 11% as well as 5% gratuity is added on date of booking. The Royal Palms Resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Arrival/Departure: Guaranteed check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. Late check-outs may be issued at the discretion of the resort.
