Deposits: Upon reservation confirmation, your credit card will be charged the first night's room and tax as a deposit. Cancellations or changes must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit. Groups of 3 or more reservations and all major holidays,including Lobster Season,require a 6 week notice of cancellation.
